Foundations of Posture:
  • Begin in Eka Hasta Bhujasana with your left knee back.
  • Exhale, shift the weight into your right hand and engage your right outer thigh as you lift your right foot to hook around your left toes.
  • Straighten both legs and lift from your core.
  • Keep the shoulder blades drawing into the spine as your heart melts down into the floor.
  • To release: Using abdominal muscles begin to lean the upper body back and bring the legs in front of you.  Repeat on other side.
