Posture: |
- Begin in
Eka
Hasta Bhujasana with your left knee back.
- Exhale, shift the weight into your right
hand and engage your right outer thigh as you lift your right foot
to hook around your left toes.
- Straighten both legs and lift from
your core.
- Keep the shoulder blades drawing
into the spine as your heart melts down into the floor.
- To release: Using abdominal
muscles begin to lean the upper body back and bring the legs in
front of you. Repeat on other side.
