Mission

"It can't be described, it can only be experienced when the soul releases its attachment to the inner and outer worlds, and plunges deep within into the very heart of reality."

--Plotinus

Yoga is an amazing forces that allows the mind, body and spirit to align in great harmony.  When we allow this transition to take place, we not only enhance our own lifestyle but we give back to our own community in the form of service, a smile, or just living a more wholesome life for our spirit.

Having our own immediate community of practitioners through our family, yogafamily.com saw an opportunity to help others learn and develop their own practice.   In return, they can apply it to  the context of living and sharing, in both work and play.  We hope from this idea, we all create a more mindful awareness of how our actions enhances the community we live in.  As each of our practices evolve, layers of our self begin to shed and we are more connected to those around us in our community.

yogafamily.com recognizes that yoga is gaining popularity everyday.  We are developing one source for individuals to go to when they have any questions on how to develop their own practice.  Our main mission is to bring yoga to whom ever would like to discover it, practice it and live it.  Whether you would like to learn more about it, ask questions, find a near-by studio, or start at home; yogafamily.com would like to assist you on your journey.

We will continuously add new features for your convenience.   Please let us know what you are searching for or what you would like to see in the future.
