Bikram's ORIGINAL 90-minute hot yoga class class consists of 26
postures and 2 breathing exercises. Studio is heated to 105 degrees
to promote sweating for release of toxins and to provide for safe,
deep stretching of muscles. Lakeland studio offers 16 classes per
week, large men's and women's changing rooms with shower facilities
and 1500 square feet yoga room. All ages and levels of ability
welcomed. No yoga experience required. |

We are a healing center, that offers yoga classes for all levels and
interests, specializing in restorative yoga. We also offer massage
therapy specializing in medical massage, filing auto, and workers
compensation claims. We have a new health food store, which is open
from 12.00 - 5.00pm, from which all appointment for massage are
booked. We hope to have within the next 6 months a hot tub, sauna,
