Here at The Yoga Studio we specialize in Private Yoga Sessions. We
also teach group classes. We teach Classical Hatha Yoga using
physical postures (Asanas) to explore the inner structures of the
body, mind and the spirit. The practice of Hatha Yoga improves
concentration, endurance and balance. It also promotes health,
