Classes of hatha yoga. It is an hour and a half class. We
start with pranayama and sun salutations to warm up.
Continue with asanas: warrior, triangle series, balancing
poses. In the laying down asanas we work the spine. Classes
for all levels HATHA YOGA 9:00 am Monday thru Friday;
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am; also Monday, Wed, Fri. 6:00 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 pm. Donations Voluntary minimun 6
