5th Annual Yoga Journal
San Francisco ConferenceWith yoga drawing more impassioned
and diverse devotees than ever, Yoga
Journal is pleased to present an unparalleled depth and
breadth of offerings at their fifth annual conference in San
Francisco.
Newcomers will get a feel for the anatomy of poses from the inside
out; dedicated practitioners can learn to go deeper into backbends,
sense finer points of alignment, or explore where asana and Buddhist
mindfulness merge.
Spend a day seeking your innermost "center of excellence" or the
link between spiritual and social activism; learn to apply a yogic
worldview to your relationships; hear the latest on yoga as
medicine; or move to a global healing beat at Michael Franti's
benefit concert for YouthAIDS and Power to the Peaceful.
Whether you're looking to begin a home practice, explore key
concepts, hone your teaching, or include the kids, you'll revitalize
your practice for the new year and many years to come!
